A limited number of Run of House guest rooms are available at the exclusive EDGE group rate of $462 USD per room, per night, based on single or double occupancy, plus a 5% service fee. Due to limited availability, rooms will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
Our host resort, Moon Palace Resort, is an all-inclusive destination, with the following amenities/inclusions:
- Hotel rate (single/double occupancy).
- All Hotel taxes and gratuities (5% service fee not included).
- All meals and drinks at the Hotel including alcoholic beverages.
- WIFI throughout the resort, meeting spaces and sleeping rooms.
- Twenty-four (24)-hour room service & turndown service, non-smoking room, daily refresher, mini bar with sodas, bottled water, juices, domestic & imported beers, coffee maker, liquor dispenser, private bath with shower, bath amenities, hair dryer and straightener, bathrobes & slippers, digital safe, individually controlled A/C, smart TV, iron & ironing board, I-dock.
- For guests seeking additional space or enhanced amenities, a selection of upgraded room categories and suites will also be available to reserve at an increased rate, subject to availability.
Complete booking details, including reservation instructions and available room categories, will be shared later this year. Transfer information and associated fees will be provided with the booking link. We encourage attendees to watch for future communications and book promptly once reservations open.

Resort Room Cancellation Policy:
- Attendees will be charged the entire amount of their stay, at the time of booking;
- Cancellations received up to 91 days prior to arrival, will be charged 50% of their stay;
- Cancellations received between 90 and 31 days prior to arrival, will be charged 90% of their stay;
- Cancellations received within up to 30 days or less, prior to arrival, will be charged 100% of their stay.

Please note: These airline discounts are intended exclusively for registered EDGE 2027 attendees and their traveling companions. We kindly ask that any booking links, discount codes, and related information shared through Agent Universe not be distributed outside of your traveling party.
Airfare, flight schedules, baggage policies, ticketing terms, and reservation management are handled directly by the participating airlines. Any questions regarding bookings, changes, cancellations, or travel policies should be directed to the airline at the time of reservation.
