Where will EDGE take place?

EDGE will take place in the meeting space at Gaylord Pacific Resort & Convention Center in San Diego, Ca.

What is the dress code at EDGE?

The dress code at EDGE is business casual during the day.  On Wednesday evening, the dress code for the Closing Gala is cocktail attire. Please note no shorts, t-shirts, tank tops, beach attire, or flip-flops. Also, please remember to bring a sweater or jacket, as the temperatures in the meeting space and workshop rooms may vary.

I went to EDGE last year, should I go again this year?

You bet! Just as your business changes yearly, so does EDGE to meet your ever-changing needs.  Each year we add new speakers, venues, entertainment, and workshops.

Will there be pre/post EDGE activities?

We will not be organizing any pre/post EDGE activities; however, here are some links if you would like to book something on your own:

Registration Questions

When will online registration be available?

We are rolling out the registration in phases starting in November and you will receive an email invitation when registration is open for you.
Please watch your inbox for the email and be sure to check your spam/junk folder. Registration for EDGE 2026 will be open for everyone in December

I am being asked for a user name and password to register. Where do I find this?

This is your Agent Universe User Name and Password. Your user name is your email address. If you don’t remember your password, you can enter your email address and reset your password.

Can I register a guest?

Guest registration is not available for EDGE 2026.

How do I know I have been registered?

When you register, you will receive an automated confirmation email containing your confirmation number and the details of your registration. If you do not receive a confirmation email within a few hours of registering for EDGE, please check your spam/junk folder first, and then notify us at [email protected]

How do I view, modify or cancel my registration?

If you need to cancel or modify your registration, you may make any modifications within your registration by using your confirmation number and link in your registration email or please email [email protected].

What is your refund and cancellation policy?

I have changed my agency since registering for EDGE and need to update my information. How do I do this?

You may log back into the registration system using your confirmation number and make any modifications that you would like to make.

If I register someone now and later that person can't make it, can I change the registration to a different name?

Absolutely!  Name changes and substitutions are allowed at no cost if you make the change by April 30, 2026. For information on how to do this, please contact us at [email protected].

I have forgotten my confirmation number. What should I do?

Your confirmation number is listed in your registration confirmation email. You may also contact us at [email protected]

Do I need to notify Travel Leaders Network if I must cancel?

ABSOLUTELY!  We must guarantee the food and beverage for every event and we allow only so many participants in each of the workshops.  You do not want us to pay for food that is not eaten. Nor would you want to penalize someone who wants to attend a workshop, but can’t because you’re holding a spot in a workshop that you will not be attending.  Please notify us immediately at [email protected] if you must cancel your registration.

If I cannot attend, can I change my registration to someone else?

Name changes, within the same agency, are always accepted.

Workshops and Special Events Questions

Do I have to register for Workshops, Seminars, Special Events, or Meal Functions to be able to attend them?

Yes, to participate in any workshops or special event, including meal functions, you must be registered.

I wasn't able to sign up for the workshops or events that I wanted. What can I do?

If there are extra spaces available for a workshop, they will be listed at the Workshop Desk and EDGE Desk, near the Registration area. When you arrive at EDGE, visit either desk during its business hours to have open workshops added to your agenda, or monitor the EDGE mobile app for workshop availability on your own. You may also “stand by” for a workshop by going to the door before it starts and letting the workshop door attendant know you would like to attend. If there is room available, they will let you in.

When can I sign up for Workshops?

You will be notified via email when workshops registration begins.  Therefore, it is extremely important that the email address you use on your registration is one that you check regularly.

When will I receive my agenda for workshops and events that I have registered for?

Your personal agenda can be found in your inbox after signing up for workshops and is synced through your unique barcode on your name badge. For your convenience, you will also receive an electronic version of your personal agenda a few days before EDGE and can find the same information through the EDGE mobile app. Please be sure to monitor your spam/junk folder as well, in case our messages are filtered there.

Hotel Questions

How do I make a hotel reservation for EDGE?

After you register for EDGE, you will receive a confirmation email in early 2026, which will include a link to make your hotel reservations.

How do I modify or cancel my hotel reservation?

To modify or cancel your hotel reservation, you must contact Gaylord Pacific Resort directly at +1 619-310-9800.
