We have contracted a room block for our advisors from May 2 – 7, 2026 at Gaylord Pacific Resort & Convention Center.
You must be registered as an EDGE attendee to book a sleeping room within the EDGE room block.
Pre- and post-dates are based upon availability. For travel purposes, please plan to arrive by the evening of Saturday, May 2 and depart at your leisure on Thursday, May 7.

Room Rate: $279.00 USD plus taxes for single/double occupancy Traditional Room. One (1) night room and tax deposit will be required to secure your reservation. ROH Rooms are either 1 King Bed or 2 Queen Beds. Each additional person to a room, over two people, is $20.00 per night. Children twelve (12) years and under are free when occupying the same room as their parents. Rates are quoted for Traditional rooms. Our Premium (Bay View Standard) Rooms will be an additional $75.00, plus applicable taxes. Subject to availability.

Resort Fee: A daily resort fee of $ 35.00 per room is included in your daily rate. This fee includes:
- Hotel-wide wireless High-Speed Internet Access includes:
- Enhanced in-room wireless Internet Access for up to six (6) devices
- Basic Wireless Internet Access in Public Areas and Convention Center on a Shared Network
- Two bottled waters replenished daily in your guest room
- Access to Fitness Center & Outdoor Pools
- Local, toll-free, and domestic long-distance telephone calls
- Daily 1 hour bicycle rental.
All reservations must be guaranteed with a deposit for the first night’s guestroom and tax charge. If reservation is guaranteed to a credit card, the first night’s guestroom and tax charge, per guestroom, will be billed immediately to the cardholder’s account.
Hotel Room Cancellation: Should you need to cancel a reservation, the deposit will be refunded if notice is received at least three (3) working days prior to arrival, and a cancellation number is obtained. You must cancel your room yourself, we are unable to cancel a reservation.
Check-in: Check-in time is 4:00pm and Check-out time is 11:00am
Please Note: By booking your sleeping room in the EDGE room block for the 2026 EDGE Conference, you give the hotel permission to provide your name and in & out dates to Travel Leaders Network.
AIRPORT TRANSFERS
Transfers from the airport to the hotel are on your own and are not included in your EDGE registration or hotel reservation. Gaylord Pacific Resort is approximately 12 miles from the San Diego International Airport / Lindbergh Field (SAN). We recommend using a taxi service or ride share like Uber/Lyft for your transfers, if possible.
PARKING
If you plan to drive to the Gaylord Pacific Resort, please note it will be $40 per night for self parking and $55 per night for valet parking.
