GENERAL INFORMATION

WHERE WILL EDGE TAKE PLACE?

EDGE will take place in the meeting space at both Lowes Royal Pacific and Sapphire Falls Resorts. These two properties at connected by an indoor skyway.

WHY ARE YOU REQUIRING FULL VACCINATION TO ATTEND EDGE?
Out of an abundance of caution, and with the new Delta variant, all EDGE attendees will need to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 at least two weeks before attending EDGE. If things are to change, we will send an updated message.
WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE AT EDGE?

The dress code at EDGE is business casual. Please note: no shorts, t-shirts, tank tops, beach attire or flip-flops. Also, please remember to bring a sweater or jacket, as the temperatures in the meeting space and workshop rooms may vary.

WHERE CAN I ADDRESS MY ADA SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS?

During registration, you will be asked to list any special needs. If you have already registered and did not list your needs, please email us at EDGE@travelleaders.com

I WENT TO EDGE LAST YEAR AND IN 2019, SHOULD I GO AGAIN THIS YEAR?

You bet! Just as your business changes yearly, so does EDGE to meet your ever-changing needs.  Each year we add new speakers, venues, entertainment, and workshops.

WHEN WILL ONLINE REGISTRATION BE AVAILABLE?

Online EDGE registration will be open to all on July 8. You may register online by clicking here.

I AM BEING ASKED FOR A USER NAME AND PASSWORD. WHERE DO I FIND THIS?

This is your Agent Universe User Name and Password. Your user  name is your email address. If you don’t remember your password, you can enter your email address and reset your password.

CAN I REGISTER A GUEST?

Due to COVID-19, guest registration is not available for EDGE 2021.

HOW DO I KNOW I HAVE BEEN REGISTERED?

When you register, you will receive an automated confirmation email containing your confirmation number and the details of your registration. If you do not receive a confirmation email within a few hours of registering for EDGE, please notify us at EDGE@travelleaders.com.

HOW DO I VIEW/MODIFY/CANCEL MY REGISTRATION?

If you need to cancel or modify your registration, please email EDGE@travelleaders.com.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY?

Please refer to the EDGE page on Agent Universe.

I HAVE CHANGED MY AGENCY SINCE REGISTERING FOR EDGE, AND NEED TO UPDATE MY CONTACT INFORMATION AND/OR IATA/CLIA NUMBER. HOW DO I DO THIS?

You may log back into the registration system using your confirmation number and make any modifications that you would like to make.

IF I REGISTER SOMEONE NOW, AND LATER THAT PERSON CAN’T MAKE IT, CAN I CHANGE THE REGISTRATION TO A DIFFERENT NAME?

Absolutely!  Name changes and substitutions are allowed at no cost if you make the change by October 8, 2021. For information on how to do this, please contact us at EDGE@travelleaders.com

I HAVE FORGOTTEN MY CONFIRMATION NUMBER. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Your confirmation number is listed in your registration confirmation email. You may also contact us at EDGE@travelleaders.com

IF I MUST CANCEL DO I NEED TO NOTIFY TRAVEL LEADERS NETWORK?

ABSOLUTELY!  We must guarantee the food and beverage for every event and we allow only so many participants in each of the workshops.  You do not want us to pay for food that is not eaten. Nor would you want to penalize someone who wants to attend a workshop, but can’t because you’re holding a spot in a workshop that you will not be attending.  Please notify use immediately at EDGE@travelleaders.com if you must cancel your registration.

HOTEL

HOW DO I MAKE MY HOTEL RESERVATIONS FOR EDGE?

After you register for EDGE you will receive a confirmation email which will include a link to make your hotel reservations.

HOW DO I MODIFY/CANCEL MY HOTEL RESERVATION?

To modify or cancel your hotel reservation, you must contact the Sapphire Falls Resort at 407-503-5000.

WORKSHOPS/SEMINARS/SPECIAL EVENTS

DO I HAVE TO REGISTER FOR WORKSHOPS/SEMINARS/SPECIAL EVENTS/MEAL FUNCTIONS TO BE ABLE TO ATTEND THEM?

Yes, to participate in any workshops, seminar, or special event, including meal functions, you must be registered.

WHEN CAN I SIGN UP FOR WORKSHOPS?

You will be notified via email when workshops registration begins.  Therefore, it is extremely important that the email address you use on your registration is one that you check regularly.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY AGENDA FOR WORKSHOPS/EVENTS THAT I HAVE REGISTERED FOR?

You will receive an email agenda when you have completed signing up for workshops.  You will also have a bar code on your name badge which stores all the items that you have registered for.

I WAS NOT ABLE TO SIGN UP FOR THE WORKSHOPS/EVENTS THAT I WANTED. WHAT CAN I DO?

If there are extra spaces available for a workshop, they will be available at the Workshop Desk near the Registration area.  When you arrive at EDGE, visit the Workshop Desk during their business hours to have open workshops added to your agenda.  You may also “stand by” for a workshop by going to the door before the class time and letting the workshop door monitor know you would like to attend the class.  If there is room available, they will let you in.
