The trade show will be held in the Prince George’s Exhibit Hall from 2:30pm – 6:00pm on Saturday, June 8. You must register via our online registration tool to secure your booth space.
Our Hotel Marketplace will be held in the Maryland Ballroom 1-6, A & B from 9:45am – 11:45am and then from 2:00pm – 4:00pm. Participating hotels should be present for both sessions. Please note, only hotels in our SELECT & Worldwide Program are eligible to participate in our Hotel Marketplace session at EDGE.
Shipping information through Freeman Services for the Trade Show & Hotel Marketplace will be found in your Exhibitor Kits. You may also ship items directly to the Gaylord to your own attention. Any items shipped directly to the hotel will be the sender’s responsibility to claim and take to your exhibit area. Travel Leaders Network will not be able to assist in tracking packages that were not shipped through Freeman Services. Please check back for more information on shipping to EDGE.
Booth & Table numbers will be assigned in the spring. Our Exhibiting Services company, Freeman, will send the exhibitor kit to the main contact that Travel Leaders Network has on file. This kit will include set-up and break-down rules and regulations, shipping information for exhibit materials, as well as information on ordering items for your exhibit space. Once the exhibitor kit is available, we will also post a link to the online version on this page.
