EDGE is Travel Leaders Network’s annual international conference and advisor experience. Each year our members unite to be inspired from numerous Educational opportunities, to Discover insights from our leadership team, to Gather with friends and colleagues, and to Evolve as modern travel professionals. As a result, they gain a competitive EDGE in the marketplace, the kind only Travel Leaders Network can provide.

We would like to invite you to EDGE! Our Conference is your opportunity to show one of North America’s largest agency group what sets your company apart from all the others. By participating in the Marketplace or Trade Show, you’ll reach a captive audience of over 1,700 US and Canadian travel professionals excited to learn about your product, service or destination.

For you, that means one place to sell travel products, tools and programs resulting in an EDGE over your competition!

As a participating supplier, you have many options to customize your EDGE experience. You can choose to exhibit in either, or both, the SELECT + Worldwide Program Marketplace and the EDGE Trade Show. Our Marketplace will allow advisors to focus on elevating their knowledge of SELECT and Worldwide properties, In-Country Partners and our preferred Resort and Destination partners. This table-top exhibit experience will provide you with the opportunity to promote your product in a more intimate setting to attending advisors. The exhibit will run for one, three-hour session on Saturday, June 6th.

You may also consider purchasing a booth in the EDGE Trade Show that will be held the day following our Marketplace. Participation in our Trade Show is available to all Travel Leaders Network Preferred Suppliers.

Sponsor and exhibitor slots are available on a first come, first serve basis to companies in our Supplier Partner network. All Prices are in USD. Other restrictions apply.

Attending Representatives

Your EDGE registration allows you to participate and network at our Marketplace and/or Trade Show, as well as most General Sessions and evening events for all the days of our Conference. The EDGE workshops are reserved for advisors only. In 2020, current evening events that are included in your registration are a semi-formal Awards Dinner, a free/open evening to host advisors on your own and our offsite event at Universal Orlando theme park.
It is completely up to you if you would like to stay and network the entire time at EDGE. Many suppliers decide to limit their time away from the office and arrive the day before their exhibit session and then depart afterwards.
Please just check your EDGE agenda to make sure your in and out plans do not conflict with any of your exhibitor or sponsor commitments.

Marketplace

Saturday, June 6th 2:00pm – 5:00pm Pacifica Ballroom 6-7, A & B
Our Marketplace is a destination focused showcase exclusively for our destination, hotel, ICP and resort partners. This free flowing 3 hour session is open to all EDGE advisor attendees to connect with partners in a targeted and more intimate environment than the trade show.

MARKETPLACE ONLY EXHIBITOR
  • $5,000 – Single 6 ft table exhibit table for up to two (2) full EDGE registrations
  • $3,000 – Highboy exhibit table for one (1) full EDGE registration
Tradeshow

Sunday, June 7th 2:30pm – 6:00pm Grand Caribbean Ballroom located in the Sapphire Falls Resort
Our trade show is set in standard pipe and drape 10 x 10 individual booths and be open to all Travel Leaders Network suppliers. Booth size and placement upgrades are available at an additional cost. Sponsors, please refer to your sponsorship confirmation agreements for the allocated booth size as part of your package.

MARKETPLACE ONLY EXHIBITOR
  • $6,000- Single booth fee which includes up to two (2) EDGE registrations
  • Special Early Bird Promo! $1,000 off each booth purchase if registration is completed by January 31, 2020
Shipping Information

Shipping information for the event will be found in the Exhibitor Kit mentioned above. Please check back for more information on shipping to EDGE for other activities outside of the Trade Show.

Exhibitor Kits

Table/Booth numbers will be assigned in the Spring. Shortly after these assignments are finalized, The Freeman Company will send the exhibitor kit to the registered contact that Travel Leaders Network has on file. This kit will include set-up and break-down rules and regulations, shipping information for materials, as well as information on ordering items for your exhibit space.
