EDGE 2020 Update:

After careful consideration, in light of global health concerns due to COVID-19 and related government actions, we have come to the difficult decision to postpone the EDGE conference until next year.

The health and safety of you, our supplier partners, our communities and staff are of utmost importance. This was not an easy decision but is supported by all of us at Headquarters and our partners at Universal Orlando Resorts™. Our goal is to move our focus toward EDGE 2021 at Universal Orlando Resort™ in May 2021 as the best option to ensure a successful event for our attendees, speakers and sponsors. Please keep an eye on your inbox for more information on EDGE 2021.

  • For those of you who are currently registered for EDGE 2020 – all registration fees, if applicable, will be automatically refunded to your method of payment within 10 business days – There is no action for you to take.
  • If you booked your hotel room under the group block at either The Loews Sapphire Falls Resort at Universal Orlando or The Cabana Bay Beach Resort, your room will be cancelled and automatically refunded within 10 business days – There is no action for you to take .
  • The Luxury Forum on June 5 is also no longer moving forward. For those of you who are registered for that event, we will be sending you a separate email with further information.

Although it’s true that our June 2020 event will no longer take place in the way that we intended, we continue to strive toward our purpose – to Educate, Discover, Gather and Evolve. We have hundreds of free trainings available to you at any time through the Training Library in Agent Universe. We will be rolling out impactful online sessions in the coming weeks that will support you as we continue to face this unprecedented situation.
